A phobia is a natural but unrational fear of something. Indiana Jones' fear of snakes is officially called "ophidiophobia".

- Willie Scott - bugs and spiders, though the giant brown spiders don't count
- Dr. Elsa Schneider - Rats

When a character with a phobia encounters the subject of its phobia, i.e. snakes or bugs, the character will tempoarily freeze, but these phobias can be overcome by other characters.
